2026 predicted line ups

Anyone who has named a side containing 14 or more of this year’s squad, has named a team that will miss the finals again in 26.
Ideally our best 17 for next year features at least 3 question marks…4 would be better.

Seyfarth (as much as ppl give him a hard time) has the potential to be a great impact player.. On his day, he has a bit of punch and an offload.. if we limit his minutes I think we will get less brain farts from him..

Idk why I'm doing this, I was ready to stop following them after the titans loss 😅😅

Don’t mind your team, definitely agree that we need another prop or two (maybe Moale and V. Fifita from Dragons). I’d be getting AD to bulk up in the offseason for the 13 and go all in on Latu as our 7. Would rather Makasini in place of Toa but can see Benji likely going that route.

But mentioning Seyfarth and punch in the same sentence is like mentioning Phil Gould and integrity. He has some of the worst metres and post carry metres per game of any forward in the comp and that hasn't changed in his 5 years as a a Tiger.

I really don’t know but then again, I’m not paid to come up with these answers.
What I do know is that what we have currently is not good enough. What Richo and Benji do about that, if anything, will decide our fortunes next year.

My predicted line up is probably that heap of shit line up who took the field against the Titans plus AD.
A bunch of try hards with F-all backbone.
The reason I’ve predicted that is because I have very little confidence that our management are going to do anything to help it.

This management has only had one full recruitment window; it was definitely better than years gone by.. some hits and misses, others we wait in anticipation for 2026..

If we don't recruit as I expect we will, I'll probably end up in your camp by round 3.

Historically you always end up in my camp sooner or later….
Our players either lack the desire to put the necessary work in to succeed or they are just coached and prepared horribly.
I think for success to come, we need to bring 3 or 4 players into our top 20 AND they need to restructure the coaching.
