They won the SG Ball this year, plus there is a plenty who are still eligible to play 20's next year…. I think young James Tedesco will come back through 20's at the start of 2013?

Yeah Balmain won the Sg Ball this year, Wests have one or two talented lads also, there are a host of Keebra Park boys on scholarship and quite a few of this years 20s are returning … We will be ( should be) strong.

Moses & Brooks would have to be one of the most potent halves pairings in the 20's next year. Hopefully Moses will get a whole pre season under his belt depending how long the recovery time is for a broken leg.

Plus Cherrington should be the hooker so regardless who ever will be playing fullback, it's a pretty damn good looking spine.

To the best of my knowledge from this season, the following players are eligible:

1\. James Tedesco - Fullback
2\. Sitaleki Akaoula - Forward/wing
3\. Nathan Brown - Prop
4\. Andy Fiagatusa - Backrow
5\. Kyle Lovett - Backrow
6\. James Luff - Hooker
7\. David Nofoaluma - Wing/centre
8\. Kurtis Rowe - Fullback
9\. Manaia Rudolph - Five-eighth/fullback
10\. Brenden Santi - Lock
11\. Bradley Soe - Centre
12\. Jarrad Szczudlo - Prop
13\. Conner Toia - halfback/five-eighth
14\. Andrew Vela - Backrow
15\. Curtis Sironen - Five-eighth

From this list there will obviously be a couple of players who will more than likely spend their fair share of time in FG (Sirro and Tedesco).

Once again, the Tigers look strong in the backrow, but need more depth in the front row. They should be well served in the halves with Mitchell Moses and Luke Brooks coming through, but need some more strikepower in the centres and possibly wing. Fullback shouldn't be a problem.

It will be interesting to see how many players from Wests and Balmain's SG ball side step up, along with Keebra Park players.

We will be RIGHT up there next year. When you can already name most of a 20's team before the season begins you know you're doing alright.

Round 1.

1\. James Tedesco
2\. Chris Moana
3\. David Nofoaluma
4\. Paul Simona
5\. Kurtis Rowe
6\. Mitchell Moses
7\. Luke Brooks
8\. Nathan Brown
9\. James Luff
10\. Jarrad Szczudlo
11\. Andrew Vela
12\. Kyle Lovett
13\. Brendan Santi

Also Cherrington and Rudolph plus a few of the outside backs from this year. Anyone know if Keebra, Gregs or Holy Cross have any good props?

Gregs had two players in the NSWCCC team and one player in the Australian Schoolboys team, however I don't think either of them are signed with Wests Tigers.

I heard positive reports from past players about the Western Suburbs SG Ball halfback this season (Kitt). Will he be coming through into the under 20's?

Yeah Gary, one of the Gregs guys, Joe Stimson is apparently the nephew of former Balmain forward Mark Stimson and hails from Temora which just so happens to be Todd Payten's home town … You would think we'd have first play at the kid ... Never seen him play but like the bloodline

I wonder if Barrett has got in his ear and he has signed for the Dragons. Barrett was from Temora.

10\. Jarrad Szczudlo

Was a standout for BNRU in Bundy before getting injured.

He is a giant of a kid and hopefully can cement a place in the starting lineup for next year provided he has no complications from his shoulder reco.

Jarrad's rehab is coming along good, he's out of the sling and has kept training whilst injuried as much he can with only 1 arm. Keeping up his fitness so come seasons start my tip is one of fittest in the team

On a side note, Brendan Santi has been selected for the Italian national side. He really improved as the season went on. Looking forward to seeing how he develops next year

I won't be surprised if he and Andrew Vela play FG at some stage next year.

No mention of mulcahey.. The player that won us the games against the dogs?

He may very well be eliglbe for next year. I've only got limited info available, but someone like flash or TigerCrib would probably know.

Warren mcdonnell said Vela was to play first grade this year if he didn't get injured. I haven't seem him play at all so can't comment on his ability.

I'll be shocked if Santi doesn't play first grade in 2013, I'd imagine he was a big reason why sheens has moved heighington on.
