Seasons gone, decades gone. Been a long time struggling Tigers fan for 1000 years, ive well and truly earned my right to be pissed off. In life sometimes you have to be mean to be kind. Im at the stage of just not giving 2 shits if the team gets flogged by 70 every week if only to expedite the riddance of the flick pass 2005 coach and sign a competent coach. This club is going no further up the ladder until that gets sorted. I have no doubt if Madge or Ivan had our current roster which is light years above in talent then the pile of shit they had to deal with under which Lee/Pascoe had built in their time, our team would be much much further up the ladder. Its obvious the team is completely uncoached. Nobody has a clue whats going on, the attack emphasis that week in, week out. The defense issues are never sorted out. Benji didn't even try to fix the Skelten/Toa rubbish going on yesterday. It ALL starts and stops with Benji and not having a clue what he is doing.

I've done a little bit of research of Big Willie, and he sounds exactly what we need after Benji's contract is up.
3. Sunia Turuva - continues to TRY, he's a fantastic player and deserves better. All heart.
2. Taylan May - so much potential, yet we rarely play to our edges. He is a great option right have at the club, it's a shame he has to carry this team.
1. Latu Fainu - keeps asking for the ball, not his fault they don't pass it to him. He has to go looking for a lot of work. We need to build around him so he can succeed.

No way this roster is better than Ivan's or Madge's. Let alone light years above in talent.
Remember Ivan had Teddy and Moses.
Madge had Marshall and Farah.
Both of those coaches played the most frustrating, losing football I have ever seen. Which is not too different from Benji. At least Benji has the excuse of this being his first gig. You would have thought Madge and Ivan would have been better.
Benji is definitely accountable and I agree with you in that I don't see the coaching. Certainly yesterday the Skelton/Toa wing should have been fixed in-game. That was obvious.
But I still blame the crap roster we've had more than I blame Benji or Madge.
Ivan's another kettle of fish.
