3-2-1 3,2,1 v Souths

Shout out to Api, May, Bula, Staines, Turuva and Sukkar who all had a crack this week.
I decided not to give Bula points as his personal defence and his organisation of the teams defence in general is pissing me off.

3- Api - Almost a perfect game from him. 5 missed tackles his only flaw in a game where he led by example.
2 - May - Another monster effort. Almost 200m and over 60 tackles at 98%+ efficiency. Whatever we are paying this bloke, it aint enough.
1 - Turuva - copped a bath last week and I thought was the worst player on ground. Turned it around with a very strong game. Well done him.

All in all, a poor game from us. We enjoyed more possession, ran for more meters, had a better tackle efficiency as a team, received plenty of penalties yet couldnt convert this into points.
2nd week in a row with zero try assists. Our halves are letting us down badly.

What do you think of Benji's coaching Tuck, give him the rest of the year or off with his head lol.

He needs help. All those surrounding him need to go and he needs a proper mentor to guide him and bounce ideas off. Dumping Sheens was a braindead move and if he had anything to do with it, then he has cut his own throat.
Its possible our season is about to topple off a cliff.
Surely these Origin snubs have affected the psyche of the players involved. Can Benji rally them and channel the hatred into winning performance? It will be his saving grace if he manages to do so.

Yep. Adding Heighington (who I still haven’t forgiven for his stupidity in that 2010 finals game) and Hodgson as assistant’s was classic boys club BS from back in the day, rearing its ugly head in 2025.

At least Morris has experience as both an assistant and coach in first grade.

The whole NRL is a boy's club and most of them are against us. Benji may need some additional help but there is nothing wrong with having people around the the club who actually want to see it be better because there are clearly plenty that don't give a rat's having plenty to say about it while pedalling their own agendas about their favoured clubs.
