Doueihi is making some good choices and becoming more assertive, when players inside him are floundering.
Staines has got some talent but not utilised. He’s very good under the high ball and has speed to burn, but unfortunately we don’t have those inside him capable of using his skills.
May is the guy you need in your team every weekend. Don’t know why he’s been excluded from origin.

He was probably not on the field long enough to feature in our 3-2-1, but Sione Fainu again showed very good go forward while he was on the field.
He’s very under rated and we should be trying to build up his game time, possibly start him to help get us on the front foot.

I doubt Luai will go if Benji gets the flick. I think Benji has taken the air out of his tyres, with the way he had to feed Galvin.
I realise the media bagged the blues halves for not doing enough, but if Luai plays that game at the Tigers we’re a far better team. I’m thinking Luai will be taking offers later this year.

May to me had some fantastic defensive plays. He has such a big motor in defence as well, constantly keeps moving and has his eyes on the ball. He does a lot of clean up work for us.

Staines wants to stay. After doing only dirty hit ups into the meat of their D, or defending downtowners, he finally gets a glimpse of open space and being determined to make something happen his kick is slightly overweighted. It's disappointing to see skills not being used.
