I watched a show called "kings ransom" on espns 30/30 and it was about how the Edmonton oilers traded Wayne gretzky (the games greatest player) in his prime after leading the oilers to 4 championships in 5 years.

Now if this is possible why is it so hard to sack an under performing coach?

The Colts in the NFL traded Peyton Manning, one of the greatest QB's to have ever played the game in the off-season, and he still has a lot to offer

come on man,manning had 4 neck fusions,is 36 and the colts had andrew luck available to draft.plus he was due a 28mil bonus.

He's done his job. At the start of his tenure here he brought in Farah and Benji. They're now at the peak of their careers and there's nothing more he can do. Time for a change otherwise it's these guys that will suffer (along with us fans!)
