$50 Million reason Wests Tigers are prepared to quit Campbelltown.

Have HBG actually said they’re not interested in supporting Cambo? I can’t believe it.

If this is the case, it’s fair to say we are going to struggle even more than now (Yeah sounds ridiculous) so HBG needs to be held to account.

What in gods name are they thinking?

Is their anyone on here actually know if they have said they’re not supporting Cambo? And if so, to what extent?
The Wests Ashfield-Wests Campbelltown alliance died over 15 years ago (Wests Campbelltown were intially a minor party in the joint-venture agreement)...

Forget the re-branding to HBG - the ongoing Wests Ashfield Board are the ones you need to aim your barbs at!

What are you wanting Richo to do BZN? I believe he's helping with the lobbying, but it's not his asset to control
Imo Richo went in pretty hard in demanding big $$$ come forward by 30th June or we take the game away from the fastest growing area in Australia, being the greater Campbelltown area.

Extra $$$ were promised over the original offer, but still no good to Richo, so he had no option other than renege on his demand and extend the offer to 30 July.
Still no raised offer by 30 July, so he's now forced to extent until 31 Aug.
As far as I'm concerned, he's now got egg on his face by trying to 'force' the Council/NSW Govt. to come up with $$$ when he may well have done better and achieved a better result by being more 'diplomatic'.

But I guess Richo isn't necessarily known for his diplomacy, he's more like a bull charging at the gate.

Shouldn't it make you happy that Richo has extended instead of just pulling the pin?

The deadline was because we need to lock in our stadium plan so it is genuinely time sensitive.

The tigers v dogs should 💯 be at leichardt next year.. it won't be, but would be amazing if it was
Would be fiery no doubt at Leichhardt but they are also both two south western teams so I’d play that atCampbelltwon tbh (obvs bulldogs also sorta boundary of inner west with their Canterbury roots but yeah).

Roosters I think are a good Sydney game for Leichhardt. Also South’s, mostly as a way to not assist their ability to encroach on our supporter base in SW Sydney but also comes with the added bonus of the traditional south’s Balmain rivalry. Pretty much every other Sydney team I’d be playing at Campbelltown in a hypothetical 8/4 split. I think fans from titans, storm etc are more likely to travel if the game is at Leichhardt tbh.

If we become successful and in five years time we routinely sell games out and would benefit from 1 or 2 games at a bigger stadium, cross that bridge then IMO.

I'd still prefer leichardt. Id also prefer there to be as little dogs fans there's as possible, maybe 1-3k... just a small amount to add atmosphere.. their strength is in numbers so we should shut them out

Would there be an honest to god protest if the club didn't play games at Campbelltown? I don't think so, not in 2025.

Is there standing Terraces at commbank stadium now?? How's that concept going. I feel just about certain that Commbank/Leichhardt is the combo for the future. Vossy and Brandy said the atmosphere on the weekend was really good.

Best atmosphere I’ve experienced this year was at Commbank, I think a stadium like that at Campbo would be ideal but probably a long way off.

Yeah we sat near them. They were pretty full I think v Parra.

I have no issue going there and if we’re winning it will get crowds.

It's a great idea. I don't know why they don't consider building terraces at Campbelltown. Build one big future proofed grandstand, with all of Richo's corporate boxes, and then build another stand with safe standing. It's simpler to build and you can fit more people in (safely). Would work for the Bulls fans as well.

Buuut no. We need 100m+ all seater arena or else it's not enough. Ugh, lets just move on from the past and play games at Commbank. If Inter Milan and AC Milan share the san siro, we can share Commbank with WSW and Parra.
