7 Yr Members Event

Does anyone know what happens at the events, and probably a bad time to ask after the weekends loss and now the news about losing Ado-Carr but and anyone going to it.
Might be lucky enough to bump into Taylor (with a steam roller)

Mate I got a email about two weeks ago and you had to RSVP by last Friday. I am sure if you rang the club they would give you a start, lets face it they need us silly old loyal members.

It is on before the Souths game at ANZ, where it is being held and what time I have no idea

Mate I got a email about two weeks ago and you had to RSVP by last Friday. I am sure if you rang the club they would give you a start, lets face it they need us silly old loyal members.

It is on before the Souths game at ANZ, where it is being held and what time I have no idea

I emailed them thru the week to see if I could take my son (5 yr member), they said it was ok, so as SC said I'm sure if you rang them they would probably give you the go ahead if only to increase the numbers.

In the email I received,
"The event will take place in the South west terrace of ANZ stadium and will start at 5:45PM."

I went last year….we all gathered near the steps at ANZ that led upstairs where we heard some spin from some bloke other than Mayer, he had just decided to quit, we had some pies and spring rolls etc etc.
Those that wanted to do the lap of the field then were led down to under the concourse, where the players coaches arrive...we all assembled at an entry to the field at one corner...then did a 3/4 lap which finished at the furthest point to where we started....got back to my seat just before kick off....worthwile

Would have thought a Sunday game would have been more appropriate.

I dont like alot of things the tigers are doing, but the 7 year members event last year was amazing. We got to sit in those fancy black leather seat area, food and a talk. Highlight of the event, was forming a guard of honour on the field which the tiger players ran through. We got close enough to pretty much high 5 the whole team as they ran out. My kids still talk about it.
