I am finding it really difficult to keep watching us this year. I think I might have a rest next week and give it a miss! I know we had a good winning streak but even a fair few of those wins were won by the skin of our teeth.

Who is in charge of coaching our defensive structure? I shudder at the thought of how many missed tackles this season, fair chance we are topping the NRL in this department. Big shake up needed but I won't hold my breath.

They were rightly cut some slack against the roosters, but this generosity disguised the fact they missed a heap of tackles. It was there from the start tonight. The Knights split us 3 times on our way to leading 14-0.

So we had 58 (I think) missed tackles last week, I expect it may be similar or even more this week. That is the truly frustrating part for me.

Robbies mum must still be affecting the squad, or its had more of an effect than most thought

Nothing else has changed bar this, and it is a terrible terrible thing thats happened….maybe im wrong?

Apologies if I uspet anyone, I just cant think of anything else, there no other reason????

It could be, although Robbie's performance wasn't really affected so the rest of the team should be ready to play as well.

The bye couldn't have come at a better time IMO.

we are flat no doubt about it… to win 7 straight has takin its toll. we are a club that just needs to make the final 8 at the end of the yr... we arnt a gritty grinding club, we will never be minor premiers, but we can still win this comp.

I think we just lose focus against the lesser teams. Tonight we got a penalty & kicked for goal to make it 14-0 when really we should have went for the throat. At the time Newcastle weren't showing any resistance either. I don't know if it's complacency, laziness or lack of interest but we are really lacking a killer instinct. We should've blown them off the park tonight, very disappointing!

I think it is but for another reason Ink

When your pushing yourself to the absolute limits and the voices in your head are looking for a reason to tell your body to give up or not get up as quickly or work on the inside in defence …......

Again look at the Ben Alexander situation Ink back at the time That team was never the same ...... and it won the premiership the previous season

how a team can be so good and then so bad in a short space of time is amazing.its possible if ray cashmere doesnt give the penalty away when we have the chance to go 20 in front it may have been different but the fact is we fall apart too easily when things go against.

I don't think it's that. We were terrible in some of our wins…the Storm game we were dead set gone at times and only just hung on....realistically in a lot of our wins we have ridden our luck...

and it's run out.

Our form has been pretty poor to average all season about from the odd half here and there.

It's caught up with us now.

We are not as good as we think, and Sheens is not as good as he is given credit for, reality bites, and bites hard,we need a shake up.
