Farah can be a lot better than Ennis but he hasn't been for a while. I think that he may be getting back into form and that may soon change but I can understand the selection.

**Lawrence imo doesn't deserve a spot just yet.**

Heighno should be picked but he doesn't even get a call up for city vs country and his for last year wasn't as good as it has been.

We do have Benji and Ellis who are both automatic picks for their country.

NSW selectors are terrible. Hayne should always have been choosen at fullback but I don't think we have the creativity to match Queensland even if the selectors got it right.

They have picked 4 centres in the squad and with Lyon not available they are saying that all 5 are better than Chris Lawrence. IMHO Chris Lawrence is better than all 5 on this years form and I would not swap him for any one of the other 5.

He can defend, he is quick and going on how many try's we score on his side of the field he is great at either scoring or setting up the winger.

Our problem is that the media never get behind our players for selection. I guarantee if CL played for the Roosters, Eagles, Eels, dogs or Dragons he would be a walk up start for NSW. These clubs will tell Chris Lawrence to come to them so that he gets selected.

I hope Tim Sheens comes out today and says Chris Lawrence is a better centre than any picked for NSW and he would have him in the Australian squad over any of the selected centres.

I think the Tigers losing those 4 games on the trot didn't help our cause. I think this is utter bs but hey, look on the brightside, at least our players won't be part of a 5th series loss. A joke.

I have felt this all season…the NSW selectors and their rorting coach are deadset fools. How Jennings and Lawrence were overlooked for Beau Scott and Cooper is beyond me...It shows that form is not a criteria for selection...I hope NSW get smashed in game 2 and 3 and who ever is in charge(who is by the way?)...of appointing NSW selectors and coach put a broom through the place...

Bellamy will get punted if NSW lose the next game. Won't be so lucky with Daley and Fulton however. They are entrenched in the NSWRL I think we'll be waiting quite a while before they go. Daley is the biggest meathead going, if he wasn't a good player in his day I'd have absolutely no respect for him at all…

Re your comment djm619, our team has been inconsistent for the past 3 seasons at least. Not to say that we are not a fantastic team on our day, the dogs are consistent, at losing, but yeah it is a bit sad that they have guys in Origin and we don't, but that is the only reason that I could come up with that we are not getting picked - inconsistency !
