Not saying he's lying just hoping the boys use this in a positive way, as motivation & try to turn things around.

Wasn't he supposed to bring professionalism to the club.
I remember being at a training session when Blair first arrive and overheard Sheens say how impressed he was with his attitude and how good he was in the wrestling drills.
Guess it didn't take long for the Australian coach to whip that out of him.

Yep that's right he was going to bring the Professionalism from the Storm to the Tigers… Guess he is saying he failed

You're a funny guy. We've improved so much on previous years haven't we ? Or have we gone backwards ?

Gee he's a wizard. A team full of talent at a club with endless resources and a nursery bigger than all the other clubs combined.

Went to St George who had talent but were perennial under-achievers - won the comp eventually and left because he could see it was all downhill from there.

Went to Newcastle because of a HUGE salary and a promise of any resource he desires (Tinklerism) they had some decent talent but look who he brings in anyway because we know Bennett coached teams have to have tough forwards - Scott & Smith. One good year, slide gets steeper - bye bye.

How many "great" coaches go to a struggling club to make a difference? Probably only the late, great Jack Gibson. He was never afraid to put his reputation on the line but he was always willing to try and improve a club.

Hey Bennett come down here to this joint. We all know that he'll bring in half a dozen top liners anyway. He won't care about the top juniors here. No waiting for them to mature in first grade not in his team.

Don't get me wrong here ppl, he is a winner but only on his terms.

How do you think JT would go if he had the resources that Bennett demands wherever he goes? We wouldn't be wooden spoon favourites for 3 years running.

I like how you've conveniently left out the fact the Broncos have struggled the last couple of yrs with virtually the same squad.

Blair is and always has been a luxury player. When he is part of a dominant pack he can be the missing premiership piece. When asked to do the heavy lifting he is not built of war. We did well to let him go however, we have the cap charge for this year so we effectively increased the Broncos salary cap by $500k.

Exactly. I actually think that he can pick the right team better than some coaches however coming up with a decent game plan is beyond the guy at this point.

The alarming thing is, lots of players who leave our club go on to talk about how unprofessional we are and i don't think they do it to have a crack at they're former club, its happened too many times now with too many players. Especially lote, he's seen a few organisations in his time and obviously we aren't anywhere near the top of the pile. The Broncos on the other hand are a well oiled machine don't you worry about that, and they take no crap and expect nothing less from their team, if you don't perform at the Broncos there's someone else who will and your gone. They're winners, they just find a way to win even when they don't play well they still win, we play well and still lose thats the difference.

I think the alarming thing is how anyone listens to them. I don't believe for one minute that we are that unprofessional when it comes to our preparation. I admit JT has been really ordinary however I assume that he will improve and that he has been professional. I just think his game plans especially at the start of the year were terrible.

In answer to your question, yes we have gone backwards , both on and off the field
Anyone with they're eyes open can't deny that.
We are still a soft team, we are broke,
we have about half a team of first graders( and that's being optimistic)
we are likely for our first ever Wooden spoon.
we can't buy players for an impossible to accurately predict period of time.
Apart from that we are allgood to go
