Anyone else think he looks kind of drunk out on the field? Every time he runs the ball he looks unsteady on his feet and never runs hard. It's like he has no energy or something.

he is the biggest disappointment i have seen . when at melbourne he looked a world beater. or is sheens playing him the wrong way.i have not seen him hit with his shoulders he grabs like a girl what a waist of 500,000

I dont know about drunk but he is so SLOW to react in defense. He can chase a runner down there is no arguing, but in close proximity he is never in the right spot so just jumper grab attempts, and a lot of misses. Hindmarsh is supposed to be on the same $$$, but look at his work load.

I was worried as soon as I heard Sheens say that it will take him some time to learn our style of play. What style? Losing!!

Talkin Sport stated that he was 114kgs last year and is now 104kgs. The result is he lost power, impact and confidence. But he can chase a man down after he has broken our line.

I think Blair has received unfair criticism. He has turned into exactly the player Sheens wanted him to be. Maybe next year he will evolve and have some real impact. I was really disappointed in the penalties he gave away over the last couple of games and I cannot blame that on anyone else but Adam himself.

Blair is an oxygen thief. He needs to be cut loose, what a dud signing he turned out to be. Nothing but a massive disappointment.

I struggle to find anything positive that he's brought to the team. He obviously didn't bring the winning culture with him. He's been a terrible buy.

All this rubbish I kept hearing about adapting to the Tigers style of play. The guy is just a woeful footballer. Lazy, lacks discipline, lacks impact, lacks workrate, pathetic defender. He is a dead set fraud and I hope he is let known of that by the Liechhardt Crowd his Saturday Night. I think he is one of the worst backrowers ive ever seen. The fact he in on close to 500K is DISGUSTING. What a huge sink hole for the club this will be for another 3 years.

Whilst Blair has certainly been very disappointing I wonder if he's made to look bad by the rest of the team as well.

By that I mean at Melbourne Bellamy has taken average blokes who play beyond what they have done at previous clubs. So Blair's in-effective tackling perhaps had been masked by players around him who arnt as bad defenders. Our defence all over the park bar Fulton has been shocking so the cover for Blair isn't there.

On the penalty front when he does manage to tackle his wrestle is so much more noticeable as most of our boys don't wrestle like he does so Once again he stands out, where as Melbourne all wrestle equally so he didnt not stand out as much.

I'm not trying to defend him as I said he's been very disappointing this season. Hopefully next year we will see improvement as hopefully our other players will be better understand his weaknesses and strengths. As for the wrestle perhaps he can teach the rest a bit of the storms tactics so he doesn't stand perhaps.

Hopefully Adam will be up for big one on Saturday night against his former team and we get to see the best of him!! Here's hoping anyway.

Will Blair finally click against his ex team mates 'if' the game counts on saturday night, I hope to be amazed in the Leichhardt glare.

I think everything that has been said is pretty much on the money. Other things that annoy the crap out of me with Blair is he constantly looks for the big shoulder shot in a game when he should be wrapping up the player and you can just about guarantee he will give away a penalty for something stupid EVERY game.

Gibbs must have a real chuckle to himself at the way things have played out. Absolutely nothing about the 'get rid of Gibbs and Fafita and get Blair' story has worked out as suggested by the so called experts or insiders. Far from being broken down, Gibbs has had a huge hand in the Shark's great year. And I have seen Fafita turn on some reasonable displays and he is holding his bench spot in a very strong Sharks pack. And then there is Adam. Who knows what is going on there, but it certainly isnt what we were told to expect.

One thing I will say in Blair's defence though. Fulton aside, he has been no worse than any of our other backrowers over the course of the year. Yes, I know, damning with faint praise!

Have been saving for his airfare home all season! A dollar for every negative comment about him on the forumthis year and he can buy a house in St Kilda as well.

Yawn…. fed up of these stupid threads, 'Sack Sheens' 'Molzten: Pathetic', we get it. Post it any one of the thousand hate threads on the board.

We badmouth him; might as well badmouth the entire team. Its been an ordinary season all round, can't blame him for poor performances in close to 20 of the 25 games. Not that I am huge fan of his, but we have bred mediocracy this season. Whislt he may not hit the line with the same agression as Woods, he manages to get an arm free, looking for an offload with no receipiants.

I'll give him the benefit of the doubt this season. Perhaps if statistically he doesn't perform next year, might be time to trade in a different model.

Blair has been far from great this year, but I dont reckon he is anywhere near as bad as others have made out either.
He gives away too many penalties and missed a few too many tackles at times.

However he does control ruck speed reasonably well, carried the ball reasonably well and work well from the inside in defence.

I expected more from him and guess he has been disapointing, but feel people on here are extremes, if he not great than people say he is terrible. I reckon he neither, I expected more, but far from the comments on here.

Also, he is not on $500k. I think the media pump up these stories, most players get far less than reported.

Blair shortchanging Tigers by $450,000 a year. For whatever reason he is now hopeless. Team is playing hopeless. Position on the table is hopeless.. Fans are feeling hopeless. Coach Sheens must go. He has nothing to offer as a tactician or mentor. All the quality teams have worked out a game plan to breakdown the Tigers. He has "lost the dressingroom". Our misery will not end til he departs.

I'm of the belief that Blair is playing the exact same game he was in Melbourne. Its just in a winning team and given the way the storm play as a unit his input had less impact on the teams performance. Where as in our side it seems we depend more on individual performances to put as over the line as opposed to a combined team effort. Statistically I doubt there would be too many differences between 2011 and 2012 for Blair.

I disagree that he has lost the dressing room. I think he loves the players and they love him,and sadly that = no accountability
