Not one apologist tell me how quick he plays the ball etc, he is soft and the miss on tomkins adds to the reel of crap he has dished out for this club. If thats first grade standard

Fair enough, but one on one with Tompkins ofcourse he got beaten, what about the straight line of defence he waltzed through between Galloway and brooks.. Keith's man though

Why don't you get an original thought, the Blair bashing is getting boring. So he missed Tomkins whoopee he wasn't the only one to miss a tackle.

Blair was not our worst player on the field
He was actually better than most
People have a mentality of him as a failure and so no matter what he does he'll get attacked.
It's so damn boring.

Was not that bad at all. Probably played loads of minutes and had a mega first 20\. And as the team crumbled he still put in effort. Not his fault we had no one on the bench, everyone was out petrol.

Thought he was ok and tried hard to the last minute. He played a lot more minutes then he is meant to due to injuries which lead to a couple of missed tackles plus he was doing a lot of the scrambling. He was good in attack. He has had horrible days but it wasn't him today who caused us to loose. That would be like saying its tedescos faults for getting knocked out
 
I thought he was quite good in the first half….made some good runs and attack and was always looking to promote the ball but went missing in the second half.....
 
isn't the first and won't be the last to miss tomkins at that stage of a game and no rest.

i've been one of his harshest critics before his signing,but he has played better this year and today looked good for alot of the game.

never subscribed to his quick play the ball the previous years.he was turning his back on the defense and being held up because he was propping at the line.tackles on blair were taking 6 seconds and totally negated his speed off the ground.the defensive line was already set when he actually played the ball and the tacklers were not left on the ground.

today he was taking on the line which did translate in quick play the balls. a welcome change for me to see and hopefully he can contribute more for the rest of his stay.
 
Yeh I recall thinking to myself in the first half, Blairs going well…earned us two penaltys

What a surprise blame Blair for a loss.I actually thought he played ok as did all of the forwards i cant say the same for Anasta Lawrence or lelua
 
1 really bad error with the dropped ball in the play the ball that changed things a lot at 12-0 up in the first half and an arm grab for one of the late tries but he's a completely different player this season to the last few.
He did alright.

edit - ah, read the other posts first. There was no need to jump in to defend him as others already had. what the hell happened there???
 
Op is off his head.

Blair was one of our best today.

Never gave up which is more than can be said for the rest of the team.
