Adam Doueihi #227

Nah no fake there .. i remember way back in my playing days when i got calf cramp .. felt like i had a rottweiler hanging off me calf .. but then adrenalin cut in and i bounced to my feet and played the ball like nothing was wrong .. but then it felt 2 rottweilers were on me .. lol

Fair dinkum i was hoping that someone smacked that stupid d**khead smerk straight off Gamble's face .. what a goby jerk he is .. !!

It’s another missed opportunity for Adam. He could have become a national hero if he’d put one on Gamble’s chin like he was asked to.

I've done this back in the day... 38 degree day, our team was getting belted, wanted a break so I pointed to the bench to take me off grabbing my hammys.. lets just say it was the last day I did it because my coach went offfff at me haha

Hope he found some time to practice passing to his 5/8 !
Will be a big day for him if selected, coming up against his former team at Belmore. I hope he has a big one coz right at the moment we’re searching for a hero, and he’ll do if he can get a try and 5/6 goals. Plus get the backline moving.
Funny but a few weeks ago we were all scratching our heads about his signing.

the one blessing might be AD comes back and takes Starford's centre spot or at 13 if we do indeed fire.
Do think wakeham is incredibly limited but if we hold the ball out forwards can match the dogs

He is a strong lad and is driven and I think these are great attributes for a centre; whereas, at fullback and 5/8 that needs to be coupled with speed, agility, and foresight, plus a good kicking game at 5/8.

I simply think that his skill set makes him a much better centre than 5/8 or fullback.

I'm know he will be given a crack at 5/8 and we will have to see how it pans out. I just want to see us have a look at other options before we settle for this as the long term solution.

The way Matumua plays in the middle I can’t honestly see AD being able to be as effective.
I’m not talking passes.
Kid plays 80m in the middle, 15 hit ups a game and 30+ tackles.
Or at least it looks like he is that involved I haven’t seen the actually stats of the first 2 games.

As this is a Doueihi thread, my point is he is best a centre for this team but even possibly for his career
