Well if he's been charged it really does put the club on the backfoot so terminating his contract was the only recourse.

Could they have tried any harder to distance themselves from the guy?

No DV charge though.
Was up to no good, spent a night locked up, Sacked by souths.
Floated around a few clubs then became a star.
