Am I the only one looking forward to Lote's return?

I for one can't wait to see the old warhorse out there again. Lord knows we need some experience and the time off should have healed up plenty of the niggling ones. I hope when he does come back he manages to scratch together some good performances to go out on a high! Got plenty of time for Lote who despite only being here for the last few years has certainly done us proud on and off the field and seems to have a real love of the club too.

Nofo koro wings right now, dunno if he'd even get a start assuming those two can fire over the next 2 weeks.

If Lote Tuqiri was a dual-international 5/8 or prop i'd be stoked for him to return!

Brings some confidence to the team. If Nofo nails it over the next couple of weeks, then Utai's gone. Lote could play wing and move Nofo in the centres?? Good bloke. Used to work with him @ Broncos Leagues Club, has something about him that you want to be part of. I would also like to see him go ouit on a high.

Lol I know everyone is mad over untested rookies for whatever reason but there's no way a fit Lote is a worse option than out of form and under pressure Koroibete or a player who has never even played first grade. Especially when the side right now has 9 players who have played less than 12 games. Come on. If Koro comes good and Nofoaluma magically is awesome then sure but we need all experienced hands on deck and Lote is a big, experienced, likeable bloke and we should all be behind him. I'm with you, Mac, I can't wait for Lote to return. I would really like to see him prove all the naysayers wrong. I still think he has lots to offer and I hope he gets the opportunity to end his brilliant career on a high note :slight_smile:
