The starting backrow for Country is very strong but I certainly would have had Heighno on the bench ahead of Dean Young and Mason. He's been close to the Tigers best this season and deserved selection. Now I guess he can put his feet up this weekend and take it easy for a change.

Mason will more than likely be used as a front rower. Creagh, Stewart & Laffranchi is pretty much an 80 minute backrow. Dean Young is the head scratcher for me, just another over-rated player getting a free ride because he wears the red V on his chest every week.

mason has been pretty good the last month, once he got his legs under him hes been doing very good things this week he had 24 tackles and 18 hit ups for 140 last week he had 26 hit ups for 198 meters and 17 tackles, no offence to you guys but if anyone in our team was producing those stats you would be calling for them for rep duties.

and you may want to pay attention to willie this year because he is on sheens radar for next season
