And They Said Ricky Couldn't Coach

Let see where Ricky Stuart is in a couple of years. Coach of the year? Yeah, sure.

But he is extremely intense. This gets everyone up in the first year or two, and burns them out just as quick. He has this track record everywhere. You cant get those same players up to his extreme level for years on years. The Storms, Broncos etc are at high level, not extreme like Stuart is. Thats how they maintain the rage.

That second try of theirs was pretty controversial as well. BJ causing B Barber to fall whilst chasing should have been penalised imo. He might not have stopped Rapana scoring, but he sure could have stopped him from getting closer to the posts for an easier conversion. That was a massive game from the sharks.

True.
IMO the Sharks no-try was a fair try…..the ball only came loose when the Canberra bloke's shoulder knocked it out, the Sharks player didn't lose it into the defender. That was a huge call in the Raiders favour.

The ball did hit a Raiders arm when jolted out but it seemed to be going backwards at the time, 50-50 call.I thought Bird seemed more relaxed at 5/8 than his recent poor efforts at Centre.

Didnt Ricky take the loss well in the press conference? Haha
What a sook, was a sook in his playing days and has carried that into his coaching career. Personality and fortitude of a toddler.

He has got a big Job to do this week…His team will be better for last nights experience and a softer side of the draw ...the loss of Hodgson if he doesn't play will be massive..Siezer and Williams went missing in that 2nd 40...Austin may be back

both the raider and sharks made the finals, they deserve to be there.
wests tigers did not.
**I am looking forward to the day, when wests tigers defend as well as the sharks.**

Don't hold your breath, mate!

They'd have to give us a double Salary Cap Year , for they to happen.

Baptiste isn't to bad as a replacement though

Baptiste goes ok, but he is nowhere near Hodgson, GCT. He murdered a certain try last night by running it on the last with a huge overlap to his right. Don't think Hodgson would've missed that opportunity.
