I was reading a news article today "horrible whats happening in North Korea"...

North Koreans must abide by a rule that at this period of time the country celebrates the death of Kim Jong IL the father of Kim Jong Un....

the rule is you must not laugh for 11 days ...the dictator can destroy your life if you laugh or cry....unbelievable...

Ok, so @TrueTiger, this is onto 2 pages here based on a news article that you paraphrased with a lack of an apostrophe ? (I assume, or that editor won't be around much longer) or are you just racist dog whistling?

Merry Christmas for tomorrow mate.

Been watching a few videos from 5 Star Marine in Phuket and also Chris Parker / Retired Working For You , Most counties who rely on tourists to survive are doing it tough , Thailand in general and Phuket Island and Koh Samui both Tourist islands with about 90 % of income earned from us visiting for holidays are in a lot of pain , 5 Star marine have handed out over 300,000 like bags / Food bags to help people get through , Shaun the owner of 5 Star has put in about $ 1.5 million US. Of his own cash to feed people , we are not doing it tough ever compared with these folks , he has also started a foundation called Living Waters Phuket and you can donate to this to continue with life bags , we place a donation just recent of $ 250 Aussie which will cover about 25 bags , they contain basics like cooking oil , rice , mackerel , Noodles , and some cleaning wipes etc , The lines for food make you feel pretty crap , nobody should go hungry , ps you have to have no food for min 2 days to get a bag

Good on Yuh for bringing this up @426Tlgerland
You've highlighted the true spirit of Christmas...giving to those less fortunate.
I can no longer afford to donate apart from rounding up my Woolies or Pay Pal bill by a few cents to the next whole $$$ amount.
I feel I have done my bit to support various charities and causes over the years like the tsunami in Indonesia a few years back, with the latest being various arms of the bush fire disaster and 'backpack beds/tents for the homeless'.

Iam by no means a racist or dogwhistler....I dont know who you think you are,but I wrote the headline and article as it was written...once again I might leave this forum for awhile because of the negative reprisals a person gets just for bringing a topic to discuss that I thought was pretty tough for the people of Nth Korea...
But I suppose you can wallow in your own self glorification....

Happy New Year....
