ANY GYM GOERS?

im 70kg's and i leg press 180 (3 sets 10 reps). my routine is 5km warm up and the rest is high weight low rep until i pack some muscle on, then i will change up to low weight high rep to tone

Why is that mate? in my experience strength trumps looks every single time. I've put many a muscle head on their back..

I'm with King Sirro on this,
Bodybuilding > Power Lifting.
Rather have an amazing figure than be able to lift crazy amounts.
I lift to stay in shape, I want to look good - rather than be able to bench 150kg and be a fat dude.
 
Power comes from your torso and the pivot of your torso . And that goes with almost anything or any sport you play . Rather be phsyically strong and mentally strong than look physically strong .

Turned 36 today and I was as shadow of my self.First workout in my Garage for a few years tonight rest. Pitiful.

@ 71 Kgs I was benching sets of very high 90Kgs etc ….

To much of the good life after being married 13 odd yrs - Eg, Mrs cooked an Italian feast for some friends (3 salads, 2 pastas, Chicken and then their was Mudcake made by the kids) last night and Im still not hungry.

Thx for the motivation.
