Wanting to help start a Heart Foundation Walking Group, where we can get moving, talk footy and maybe even have a post-walk coffee. Destination can be anywhere suitable in the south western Sydney area. Let me know if you're keen tigers fans!!

Great idea Kaito, get it going, very interested. I am currently doing walks around B Point and Cabarita way, gladly join in.

How many KMs do you usually walk 3T?' Im not far from st Luke's oval/Canada bay

9km walk isn't bad 18 there and back or bus back from Mortlake lmao

Don't know the exact KMs i do Kaito, but i usually do the bay stretch from Tennyson Rd and all the way to Cabarita Marina and then cut inland from where that dog friendly park is and back to Tennyson Rd and return along the bay about 1.5KMs till I am home, my guess it's about 5 to 6 KMs. Would like to increase slowly, but have to be careful as my right knee is not that great, but improving slowly.

I’m a member of a Heart Foundation walk group in my suburb in Melbourne.
Approx. 50 M/F members all 60-80yo, we walk 5kms on M/W/F mornings followed by coffee.
Three sub groups Fast, Medium and Slow. Very enjoyable both physically and socially.
If you get the chance, then do it.
