I will have a run in the back row if asked. I've gained 5kg in the off season, although I'm not sure about my conditioning cos I did literally no cardio to focus on gains.

Probably best if I come off the bench

I'm back down to my target (and Hodgsonesque,) weight, done a bit of cardio but I'd still be gassed after my first run I'd reckon.
