Are these blokes for real?

if you are referring to my post Batboy, I said players as well as clubs should have to honour contracts, not just clubs
Apart from that .
You surely aren't comparing Farahs and Benjiis last few seasons with us are you?
Much as I thought Benjii was fantastic for us early, and did things that I doubt any one else could ever do. His last few years were absolutely terrible, balls were thrown any where , tackles weren't made , and his attack was pedestrian at most times.
T
Beau Ryan at times must have thought he'd have more chance of catching his passes if he was up in the stand., and just for your info, there was a hell of a lot here that was very vocal about Marshall walking out.
Farah on the other hand certainly wasn't playing up to what he was two yrs ago, but he is still up with the top group in our team, and his two games off the bench were terrific. Much closer to his high standards.
Farah is still playing rep football no matter what you think.
And is still fully capable of first grade football, despite all the b/s from the club and Taylor. its a money thing for them.
So , how about looking at the real culprits.
What club official would sanely look at a contract of this type , and think that a player who would be 34 at the end of the contract, would be a good deal.
And then be stupid enough to back end it.
There's your culprit for this situation.
The club should be chasing those officials who made the deal for incompetence
The club should be thankful that Farah was actually giving good value in the first grade team (where he should still be)
There's no comparison between the two

Benji was harmed by having no real halfback by his side.

In 2010/11 he had Lui besides him and tore it up.

2012 he had something like 30 try assists which is amazing, he was just lacking pace as it appeared he gained weight and aged.

2013, Mick Potter came in and decided that he would be a more structured side with no trick plays etc.
