Same but it’s hard to stretch the memory back and recall how good some of these players were.

Yep 5 players separated by a few points..

It's not just that some of the players even at the bottom end where quite decent players in there own right but hard to compare to the top..find it harder to rank the bottom than the top at times..

Absolutely agree with this. Some players were great players but didn't really play in their designated positions for any amount of time, their name alone grabs points. Didn't Tigerlily post something about a site that explains players' positions/games etc a bit more in-depth? I've been using Wikipedia before voting a few times to get a better understanding of the finer details of a nominated player- not entirely accurate I know but it provides a bit more insight than pure memory alone.
