I shouldn't answer this, but, I was 14 and for the only time I ever ran onto the field I patted big Artie Beetson on the back. It was 1970 at the old Leichardt Oval (before the ground was upgraded). I think it used to run East to West too. I used to have a soft spot for John Spencer and then Neil Pringle after that.

Easily doing a 2km ergometer (indoor rowing machine). If you learn how to do it properly from someone who rows, they are by far the most painful thing you can endure.
