Assistant coach promotion.

With Paul Fletcher and Toddy Payten doing so well does anybody think these guys would get a crack moving into an assistants role in the big league??
Would this be a decision from the CEO or would the incoming head coaches bring there own teams with them?

I dont want Toddy near the FG side for a few seasons yet… There are still to many people in the side that he played with and would be mates with... For me i would like the new coach to bring a complete new staff list with him...

Dont know much about him, as i dont follow the NSW Cup Close enough, but i think there would be much better credentialled people ahead of him…
