Australia PLus lack of rugby league

I was recently overseas and could only tune in to Australia Plus but they have a very strong bias of only showing AFL games and maybe nothing else. Other codes just get the occasional line of info.

Another whinge is of ABC showing the netball finals - pretty boring stuff compared to rugby league. AFL and netball would be competing for boredom grand final.

When viewing overseas I checked out the official NRL site not realising that times stated are already adjusted to the country you are watching from - so missed another Tigers game.

NRL HQ should be making strong complaints to the ABC about not representing the whole community. Just occurred to me that maybe ABC are getting AFL games for free - that is for about how much they are worth.
