Jimmy T, when he comes out to warm up it's on like Donkey Kong!! The Benji chant is gonna happen for sure.
King of kingz, we love what you've done with the Jungle. We've got a banner professionally done and ready to go Round 1\. Look out for us on Monday night. We will try sit in the bay next to you and join forces and hopefully get the Tigers crowd going and rock ANZ stadium. Saying Im pumed for the game/year is an understatement.
Looking forward to joing up with you guys throughout the year.

I'm filthy that Benji's image has copped this….he is a blokee who keeps his nose clean and genuinely cares about people other then himself.
He is always available to the fans...not just ours, as evidenced by him hanging around at maccas signing autographs and having pictures taken at that time of the night.

I'd say the reaction from the press has been fairly positive all things considered. Certainly Joe Public seems to be backing Benji especially now they know he wasn't drunk and was just trying to get a bite at McDonalds like anyone else.

Demps and Kingovkingz09,sorry i been at work and could not reply earlier. I did not witness any thing i have just been scouring the media since Saturday and the little blurb i posted was a best of information package. I feel it was pretty much spot on, BENJI must of walked away at some point as the incident happened outside not in the macca's. I personally gave Benji the benefit of the doubt as he has done nothing in the past to suggest he is a liar.
Some was said for him to react in such a way. He has admitted punching the fool.

Seeing as the bloke Benji supposedly hit was reported to be harrassing Benji up to 3 times as Benji was trying to walk away, then we heard that the bloke walk directly to the Rocks police station...
I rekon its a fair bet that...
1) the bloke set out to bait Benji to get him into trouble with possible intentions of getting Benji suspended...
2) would not surprise me one little bit if we find out that the bloke was a bulldogs supporter (just my opinion).
