Is there any further info about a definate date for the demolition of the club.

Nope, as the DA will likely be rejected by council again.

Council will assess the DA but the decision to approve or reject will be made by an independent panel established by the State Govt.

The current controls on the site apply to the DA. Council needs the approval of the Govt to change the controls
