Balmain should be too strong if they aim up for the 80 minutes. They can't afford to slacken off like they did last time against Windsor.

Earl will be a threat and needs to be watched.

Plum was immense for them last weekend.

The thing with Windsor is that they just graft away and get the job done. As willow said if BRET fall asleep they will be in trouble
 
windsor were so much better without him getting in the way!!!

12 men scored more points in 20 than 13 did in 60!!!! (and the newts aren't that bad!!)

Spud.He was sent off for whacking a player in the back of the head.Apparently he wakled off then tried to come back on the field again and keep playing :astonished: ..Glad we rid ourselves of this type of player.

went look for a Windsor layer, king hit him when his back was turned and then a layed a few punches to his face.

Was given his marching orders and when he got halfway to the sidelines he turned and started walking back to look for more.
 
i must admit some of us on the sideline were giggling because he keeps stuffing up. earlier in the game he gave someone a clothesline aswell
 
Daine Laurie needs to get his chip off his shoulder. He will not go far in this game the way he carries on.
 
i just think its a shame because i reckon he has alot of potential. he was one of my favourites when he first came into firstgrade. he just needs to be smarter

cheers he was a favorite of mine and m kids when he was at the tigers but that sort of play is crap does any1 now how long he got id be surprised if hes not released before next year
 
Just saw the Daine Laurie incident and it was pretty badly handled by the Ref and sideline officials, Daine was a decoy runner and felt exception to a challenge from Ray Moujali, yes he sort of had a swing at the back of his head but Newtown were in front so Ray thought he'd be a hero.
When Daine was sent off Moujali surrounded by all his team mates goaded Daine, he stupidly turned to respond but then thought the better of it, if he has been suspended then it's just that Penrith have failed to back him.
 
He shouldn't actually meet the qualification standard now that the Panthers are no longer in NRL contention
 
Unfortunatley our worst 40 minutes was our last 40 minutes of this game.

The reff interpretations around the PTB were atrocious but if we held the ball or defended the errors better we would have taken the game.

Anyway the Balmain Ryde Eastwood Tigrs of 2010 were about much much more than the results on the field. It is a group that shares a special bond and there are lifelong frienships there. Many of the guys will be moving on to greener patures, there may even be a retirement or two but regardless they did every fan who has been there week in week out extremely proud and written another fine chapter in the history books of the Tigers

Well said Smeg…..it wasgreat watching them with lots of nice fans on Saturday arvo, but it was a real shame that as ou said, their last 40 was their worst this year
