Unfortunately its hard to retain a village atmosphere when you are on a major arterial road in an inner city suburb.
Sydney cannot continue to move out - it must go up.
The stretch of road we are talking about is a bigger eyesore than any development could be.

I think its pretty clear its not Vic Rd we are talkin about when a ''village atmosphere '' is mention, its the road that crosses it, darling st or whatever its called…which is why its 40km/h, 24/7

Just build something… I was driving around the area yesterday and the whole Rozelle Precinct is a disgrace. The 7500 people who made objective submissions are off their heads and maybe they should re-open Callan Park for these nutters?!

Bring in the Bulldozers and don't just stop with Rozelle Village!
