Balmain & Wests A Grade Teams

I live out here in the bush and have been searching the web to try and find out which Junior League clubs have A Grade or A Reserve teams and what competitions do they participate in, I asked a question before about where the surplus NSW Cup players went to get a game and the only response was A Grade but who and where are they?.
