Game week 10 is now past tense, scores are in, and we're 26% of the comp down.
And yes, FPL continues to tease and amuse and everything befuddling!
Well done everyone; no matter what your score was, it’s only the 10th week down of a long season, so onward and upwards from here.
Just to recap:
First off, give yourself a big hand –
you’re one of (already) a massive
12,397,406 players world-wide who have joined the EPL Fantasy Comps comp – WOW!!

Delta Blues (@guyofthetiger) again holding with a score of 487 points.
So BANG!!
Our leader board shows just how close the scores are, in what proved to be a lows-scoring football round, and highlights both how tough consistent scores are week in, week out, and the fickle nature of scoring points or not.
Again, some of the so-called big hitters in FPL were not big scorers;
our points spread was a low 58 up to a high of 84 points (well done to both
Laroche (Tiger_one) and
Bon Vivant (Mrs tiger_one) - so extra congrats to all our above-average (ie 65 points across the entire FPL comp) scores this week in another weird week of scores.

Game week 11 kicks off Saturday night 8 November AEST, so remember to fix your teams before then.
And good luck everyone.
Finally, just as a tinsy incentive to maybe help, I will remind you that Saturday 8 November is "National Cappuccino Day" - and what a fit that is to all of us!
Much like making your favourite cuppa, choose your blend (ie players),
Then as the the espresso brews (ie while you consider player transfers, injuries etc) steam the milk until it's hot and has a thick layer of foam (ie now getting to your chosen starters for the game day);
Then, gently pour the steamed milk over the espresso and finish by spooning or pouring the remaining foam on top (ie savouring your choices and simply letting the points flow - sweet as, who needs sugar?)
Again, it's Just picking your players and wait!
Delicious cappuccinos are ideal for an anytime quick pick-me-up just like playing someone who is a clever differential!
The magic will happen.
The sips prove it, point after point!
(Oh, if it was only that simple).
Forum H2H 25/26
Here, with this season’s H2H comp having 9 entrants, being a weekly format of mate against mate, we have 4 winners, with the other player against “ FPL average.”.
Congrats to Game week 10 winners, being
Bon Vivant, Laroche, Delta Blues and
Too De Ligt to Quit while
Relegation FC defeated by FPL average.
After Game week 10, the leader board now shows more change:
Laroche has jumped out to the top our leadeboard with 21 points. WOW!!
Too De Ligt to Quit retains outright 2nd position on 15 points.
While
Relegation FC and
Eze does it now share equal 3rd place with 15 points.
And things are tight all the way down to
Delta Blues bringing us home on a rising 8 points.
I know it's early days but this is amazing and shows just how tight our comp is.

So, after the team selections, the tinkering, and then the actual games – our comps are well and truly up and running, with actually 26% of the comp down.
And while our EPL games seemingly take preference, there's the added input for some teams to also have to balance extra games in the Champions League, Europa League, Carabao Cup etc., so players will be rested, injured, carded - all the things which mystify FPL players'
The FUN (???) of a long season to come is happening.
Now..
If not too sure at any time, check any of the multitude of web resources, f/b, twitter (aka “x”) – there’s a zillion “experts” all wanting to say they know!
Choose wisely.
We just need to release our own:
