Going to put in a new BBQ out in the back yard in the next couple of months. Anyone care to share their opinion or give some suggestions? Probably looking at stretching the budget up to the $1500 range.

I recently bought a Wests Tigers branded BBQ from Gearzone and it looks great, they are going for $995.00.

Stainless is easier to clean than wooden frames and always use cast-iron plates/grills.

Build an Ice Well at one end for the beer & wine!

Beefeater BBQs are pretty good and have a wide variety of models available. I have a 4 burner semi-stainless which has served me well over the last 3 years. Clean them regularly and they'll last you a long time.

Beefeater was one of the one's I was considering. They seem to be a nice product.

I have had two beefeaters, the first much better than the second, they are made cheap now would not recommend. Look at the webber range, very good! And easily cleaned.

Having a large decking with pergola built with a BBQ built into a bench top which will also include a good size woodfire oven at the other end of the bench with a 110 inch projector screen at the opposite end of the deck all at the end of the pool.

BBQ is a 2010 Fathers Day present but the area would look better with a new stainless 6 burner beef eater but hey the Jumbuck will do!

Well I think the end of season WTF party venue just got picked Properossi

Yeah I think I'm up for a new BBQ for summer also

Any suggestions for the plates . I find the only way i can get any serious heat into them is to close the lid for about 10 -15 minutes before cooking , I'm really fussy with my snags I want them nice and brown all over so I'll turn em about half a dozen times

Drives the missus nuts

Are the Webbers big enough though? I've always had it my mind they were those smallish round things. Do they do a 4 or 6 burner? BBQ is stage one. Eventually plan to have a nice outdoor kitchen set up.

A mate just bought a Napoleon Mirage barbie. It has 3 burners + 2 infrared plates and a rotisserie burner. Also comes with an ice bucket and cutting board. He also added a smoker.

Very impressive looking unit. Pretty sure it cost him a gorilla.
