Beathing Exercise

1st time ive noticed it all year. Players forming a circle and doing some beathing exercises ala the Warriors.
Anyone noticed the Tigers do it before ladt night.
Seemed to pay off, keep doing it.

It certainly looks a lot better than the breathing exercisies they do behind the posts after letting the other mob in

I generally need to do breathing exercises after emails from my boss or watching the WestsTigers play. Last night I felt relaxed from the first minute till to last.

are they doing breathing or just getting together for a pump up, i never see them doing deep breaths like the warriors
