At half time I was preparing to post a topic saying we tried hard but we are not up to scratch with the top 4 sides.
What a second half! I am a massive critic of Benji Marshall but I was silenced tonight. With 10 to go I was expecting the usual last minute try to Manly. It didn't happen.

Great effort Wests. As an old Magpie how sweet it is to beat Manly.

Yeah - I agree. From my experience beating manly is a lot better than sex. Not that I'm very experienced.

I have to admit I am absolutely stunned by our win tonight. I was very pessimistic about our chances before the game and at half time, although the Tigers were trying hard, I thought Manly just had too much class for us. I now have massive amounts of egg on my face :blush: - scrambled, poached, fried and boiled, but it has never tasted so good! :smiley:

I can't wait to walk up the corso tomorrow in my tigers jersey reading in the manly daily how they were robbed, but knowing that no team full of putrid grubs deserves it more than manly. Life is good!!!
