Solid player, in a position we're crying out for players in and yet it would appear (though I could be wrong) we haven't even expressed interest in him?....

Not sure about the quality of centres in the reggies/20's but surely nothing could be lost through a short term deal at a bargain price....Even if it did go tits up....Not like he's been forced out purely through form though, just seemed to me like there was no space for him with the two boom young centres Souffs have.....

Champion would do nothing for us unfortunately. You're right about us needing players in his position (and he'd be better than Lulia) but we already have Lulia in that roster spot and Champion is injured more than he's on the field and that is the last type of player we need.

1\. He's better than Lawrence who's a walk up start in the centres every week

2\. Given he's played limited FG over the past 18 months he'd be coming at a bargain price, so our finances or lack thereof are irrelevant.

At this stage I think I'd settle for anyone of NRL standard who will be on the field most of the year. I'm not convinced Beau Champion fits the bill…

The issue is who wants to try and reboot their careers at the Wests Tigers ??

And looking at the huge list of NRL players we have signed in the past two years Id say no one that anyone at any other clubs wants

Depends on the terms i suppose , if they came to a mutual pay out agreement then does that all go into our Cap this year ? that would leave us extra $$$ for next year , but i reckon the Tigers will be paying him some sort of a Coaching staff wages so doesn't effect our Cap , Fulton is a Club man and maybe a job in the Football Club is in his best interest long term , Who knows

No It was brought up in another thread , as Fulton has a non playing role within the club the salary cap will not be affected

Same as Dwyer wasn't
