Beau Ryan

Says on the Website, even tho the actual team isn't up that Ryan will return this week on the wing, pushing Brown into left centre. Is he the right man to come back into the team?

Brown is playing centre.

IMO Ryan is barely a first grader. Slow, small in size, bad hands and a poor finisher. Others will disagree.

I suppose he has first grade experience which is what you want with so many injuries, but my suspicion is that he would have played eventually even with a fully fit side. He is a Sheens favourite, just like Fitzhenry was.

me too no probs with Ryan in the side..just hope that he doesn't put Utai out when Tuqiri returns though. and Ryan is a right side winger..

I would tip Fulton is more chance of appearing than Ryan on Friday night

Maybe if MacKinnon is out Ryan will be shifted back to normal side and Brown back to fullback

He is a natural winger in my eyes and does not deserve the critisism he gets from soem on here.

Great to see him back always gives 100%

Of course he is the right man to come into the team.

With the amount of injuries we have right now, that is the dumbest question to ask. If he's fit, he's definitely the man for the job.

Full strength however, can't say there will be room for him, but it's not like he's a crap player and I don't understand why a lot of people think that. He's very much underrated - he's not special but he gets the job done (most of the time) very well. He went through a rough patch and people went over the top.

Having Beau on the wing doesn't worry me one bit.

Just as I hit post **IronTiger** post came up, agree 100%.

Please diss him as much as you guys can - it will make for interesting reading post match.

He might be a bit underdone coming into this game, however I think every regular first grader we get coming back is a small boost to the team.

If he is still in doubt then what's the point even naming him? Sheens said on WTV that he didn't want to rush players coming back from injury so sending Ryan out under-done could result in him spending another 6 weeks on the sidelines. Safer option would be to give Latu or Meaney a run.

I think the Safer thing with our injuries and team of increasing young kidsis to have an experienced 1st grader rather than another new blood.

Reckon Princey will give Beau and Matt Utai a real work out as there attack seems to lack punch and this will be there last option

Heeeee's Baaaack, go Beau, the pressure's not on you but from all the forum members who have no faith in your abilities.
You're back at the right time given our injury toll & I hope you have a field day against the Titans!, Go Beau Go!.
