Lots of posts and glad to get a win tonight - Robbie slowly getting back into form, benji not trying "too hard", goal kicking - 5th tackle options…. I'm talkin a LOT of improvements...

But what about beau ryan's spirit?! Leaking from the head for a good 15 mins or more and STILL put his body on the line, showed up time and time again in support and was communicating well with the boys...

His head looked shocking when he came off the 2nd time . Did they staple him at half time and they pulled apart . Can't see him playing next week He certainly loves the Tigers . Swear one day he will injure a Tigers try scorer when he jumps all over the like he does but it is good to watch

Seriously I love what he brings to the squad, I don't care if he's not the greatest he's usually very safe. His runs from our own half are always at 100%.

He's the only one that actually celebrates a try like no tomorrow. I love players that SHOW they care, SHOW that they want to win.

A fantastic clubman and genuinely tries his best every week (although sometimes I think he tries too hard). I hope we can keep him. His enthusiasm is infectious and the boys all clearly love having him in the team. Good on ya, Beau!

Meaney still showed why we need either powerful winger or bloke with pace. When he ran down that kick from Benji. Ryan would have been yards back, instead the pressure Meaney caused forced the error.

With that said… I am a massive critic when it comes to Ryan.

How good was it though to see for the first time, a Wests Tigers fullback / winger return the ball from kick at full pelt and into the defensive line! Was great to see! That alone got me pumped and makes me think Ryan is really laying claim for the FB position next season.

Beau is the barometer for our team. He brought back the man hug which has been sorely missing over the past few weeks

Hopefully now that his future is settled, he can bring back the love. He is the Jobbo for our generation
