I've seriously been on the WT website for 20 minutes trying to buy a membership package and the site just keeps sending me around in circles. Does anyone else have these problems with the site?

They are making it really hard to become a member!

yea i had some problems when i first tried in november or so. ended up calling them up, but i checked it out later and it seemed to be working fine then?

Try with another browser or else call them

I just tried to join and whilst I have registered my details and received a login and password I have made no payment nor can I figure out how to? When I first tried to purchase I ended up on a greyed out screen and was unable to get to the payment screen.
I will try again later.

The cart is greyed out and cannot go any further.

Use the site to work out which packages you want, and then call them, do it over the phone…its not hard

It's not that hard. I would rather make the call than join on the website. You have more options by talking to them one on one.
And you might be surprised, the girls are really friendly and helpful !

I had the same issue but when I clicked the help me choose tab it worked fine and we become member.

The sign up system is a generic NRL wide (Australia at least) system.

This could be a simple server crash with no one around on Xmas day/ Boxing Day to fix it. If not up by Friday 10am then I would be concerned.

Why they can't make things easy or user friendly is anyone's guess.

Blame the NRL for that one as the Tigers are using the exact same membership web portal that the NRL has supplied to all clubs (salesforce.com) Tigers are one of the first to use it along with 5 other clubs.
