Before we start slashing our wrists...

This was a defeat that could (and should) have been avoided. We had enough ball in the first half to give us a handly lead. However, a combination of errors are defensive lapses, cost us dearly. We will learn from this.

In the heat of the debate, there are many calling for heads to roll. One (bad) performance does not mean we throw out the baby with the bathwater. To the extent that changes will (and can be) made, will be a measure of what we have learned from this game.

If nothing else, this will bring some players back to earth, and to the grind that is winning rugby league games. There was only 1 point in it, in the end, it is not like we got flogged.
Again, with all the injuries Brisbane had, we could have done better, but I think this is part of the journey we are on.

Not happy with the result, but understand that there will be games like these. It's how you get off the canvas, on AND off the field.

4 and 1 into a 27 round comp and high hopes. Lose to a team at home who were reserve grade list. Everyone here who deserves hope, I praise, and get they don’t expect to win. but I do! And we should have one that game. It was an awful back to earth thud. I’m effing filthy
