no solid discussion on new players again .
no signing news at all , other teams have named players Joining them next year but not us .
still shaky in my opinion and I hope Im wrong and Richo can do 3 new players on top of Luai and Turuva

Next year is sorted. He will talk up the club about making the 8 next year (as its his job) but at a stretch there might be 1 or 2 added to next year along with Jerry and Turuva to realistically push for 10th-14th. Im sure he is thinking more about 2026 with a huge recruitment drive in 2025 bringing in better and bigger names for 2026. Sounds like he knows, along with everyone on the planet, he needs to offload at least 8-10 players that feature in the top 30. $2+ mil war chest will fix a lot of contracts for next year with a shit stack to recruit in 2026.

Highlight for me was how Richardson shot down Warren for saying not allowing injured players to play for their country was 'a scoop' and then completely contradicting him when Warren said this was a club versus country situation. Warren seems to irritate Richardson as much as he does the rest of us. His obsequiousness is insufferable.

I quite like how Chris interviews. Im confused on why anyone would think he would interview like 4 corners interviewing a politician. He is constantly trying to give guests the opportunity to share info about themself. He fills in the gaps with half the socially awkward players that come on
