Bellamy is a clown

After match comments had him saying the storm lost the game rather than the tigers winning it .what a sore loser .the tigers totally dominated in all facets of the game .

Dangerous game, coach taking his players into the realm of unreality. Hard to dispute that the Tigers line speed and committed defence fractured Melbourne's game plan and set the platform for a very comprehensive win

I didn't really expect Bellamy to be gracious in defeat.

Weird thing is, Royce talked about the linespeed a bit in royce's roundup. Who do you think came up with that as an area of focus? Hope it wasnt royce, that way we can fire him and improve beyond sight next year.

Finch echoed his coach's sentiments on the Footy Show this morning as well, saying that his team played badly and left their brains in Melbourne or something. It took him a long while to give any credit to the Tigers for their win, but he did eventually say WT played very well - more as an afterthought though, if anything.

Probably in denial they got destroyed as much as they did. I think we're still viewed the same as a team that just lost 7 in a row.
No way they could blame refereeing decisions either.

yeh mentioned this in another thread

basically said there was a lot of "luck" involved

Not too many coaches are gracious enough to say that the better team won. They all say things like "we didn't show up", "the ref made some blunders", "we didn't stick to the game plan" blah, blah, blah.

Read the score, then look where my middle digit is pointing!

pffft he can't be serious, they were pumped, we were all over them and unlike the prior game this year we did it for the full 80.

Excellent. Let's hope Bellamy's and Finch's comments are taken as gospel for at least a week.

If we beat the Sharks next week, we will come on the radar of a few teams. We did just beat a "top 4" team. Imagine if we beat Manly at Campbelltown in a couple of weeks…..

............just.............imagine.............
