Benefit of the Doubt Rule Axed

Was just watching Nine News and Danny Weidler reported that the Benefit of the Doubt rule has been axed for next season. I haven't found a story to link here yet.
So what does this mean for the game? That we will finally see common sense used when video refs are awarding tries hopefully.

It means you have to apply downward pressure correctly or :astonished: actually score a fair try for it to be awarded.

BOD tries are controversial at times but obstruction tries are far worse…I hope they sort this dumb rule out before 2013.
