Wanted a million a season. Is honestly not even worth 200.

We dodged a massive, massive bullet when he didn't accept the three year 2 mill deal. Right now, he is unquestionably the worst playmaker in the comp. Balls to the head, balls to the ground, kicks to no one, timid defense. I honestly doubt he is capable of playing even super 15s rugby anymore. Absolutely done. Lost his speed and had no footy IQ to beging with.

Will he even get a decent rugby contract?

Benji's not doing himself any favours by playing every week. His value is dropping every time he laces up his boots.
He would be doing himself and us a favour if he stood down for the next 6 weeks.

Some of our top liners are reserve graders on a good day.

Ayshford, Lawrence, Anasta, Marshall all former guns now absolute shades of themselves. Be happy if all four were gone next year.
 
We should work a deal where we pay him $400k a season where he has to play against us every week. We would never lose a game
 
Said he wants to make his final RL game a world cup final. If the NZ selectors even consider him over Foran or Johnson they need to check themselves into an asylum.

I wish he went to another NRL team. Because your right, playing against him would give us a great chance at a win.

His form this year is embarrassing. He looks finished as a footballer of any substance.
 
i just hope the club were just playing the game of spin when they said they still wanted to keep him at the club.
if they did still want him,we are screwed for a long time to come.
 
They never wanted him the figures being floated around are way out it was no where near 2 million over three years!
 
Benji is about as much chance of playing for the all blacks as I am and i've never even been there.

Not to mention the RL world cup
 
He is horrendous, it's painful watching him and everytime he passes or kicks you are left wondering where will it go…

Yeah I have to say Benj didn't think it through that well going on the free market when he's playing like absolute kaka
 
He is a spoilt brat that thinks he's bigger than this club. He punted sheens now the same is happening to him except sheens is getting paid. Benji & his boys club is a cancer on the rest of the team. A real champion would step up and leave gracefully but I guess the proof is in the pudding!!! I'd rather see young kids in there playing with heart than these heartless gimps…
