Actually just reading up on it it was smart play by Dugan the quick tap is allowed from a penalty for a kick off out on the full

Was only denied due to the long pass from marshall to dugan.

Very unfair this rule I think….I dont like either quick tap rule 40/20 as well

We got screwed by that and the Simona 'no try'. The latter was potentially a 10 point swing as the Queens scored soon after. Its pretty easy to be paranoid when you are a Tigers supporter.
