Best Coach in Modern Game?

Who do you think it is?
Bennet hands down, yet take away the cap rorters with stacked teams. To me it would have to be Dean Pay or Mick Potter, both did better than the coach b4 them and no worse(1 year or so) than those that came after with better finances available, B interesting if Auckland coach can pull the team into line next year,he went off with a bang last year

Unfortunately, Cleary also has to be mentioned alongside Bellamy, over Robinson, Hasler, Sheens etc.

Bennet to me would be the best coach. What he achieved with Dolphins is incredible. If you're given a group of a random 20 men- Bennet gets the best out of them.

If you're setting a club up from the start, then it's Bellamy.

just thinking about Cleary, manipuated the foul play crackdown 4 us superbly, lost more talent out the riff way then rooters storm combined over the last few yrs and will make it 4 straight GF;s this week

When did the modern game start?

Ie wayne b won most of his comps in the 90s...over 25 years ago.
In the early 90s did anyone consider Keith Barnes a modern day player as he played 25 years ago?

My vote goes for ivan cleary. 3 in a row is impressive. I mean he won 3 games in a row at the tigers. Also first coach to get a job after coaching the tigers.
