Biggest improving forward this year?

Last year we saw Bryce Gibbs step up in a big way. The off-season has been full of talk of prospects like Dwyer, BMM, Fafita and co. I would like to predict that the forward to make the biggest step up this year will be Keith Galloway. Hopefully with a bit of luck on the injury front, Big Keith will epitomise the toughness, strength and character of our pack; always leading from the front and making sure our slick backline have time to do their thing.

I just watched Bonstonkers video of Galloway on youtube and I can't wait to watch him rip in this year.

Farlow would be my tip. Yet to make his debut but the off season of full time training has made a huge difference to an already impressive player.

Existing squad I think Ellis has another level in him
 
Dwyer to really step up and be counted this year for mine. I think we just saw the beginning for him last year.

GALLOWAY, PAYTEN, FULTON, ELLIS & HEININGTON WILL BE THEIR STANDARD GREATNESS, BUT THE STANDOUTS WILL DEFINITELY BE THE YOUNG GUNNAZ!
 
The Crystal Ball tells me Galloway with a full off-season will finally get that Origin Jumper and Andrew Fifita will be lucky to get 10 games of NRL in 2011…

Watch for Aaron Woods!!!

I reckon Dwyer will be the guy to shine. He has a lot to offer and a pile of controlled agression
 
Dwyer IMO, and Aaron Woods to make his FG debut at some stage this season.
 
Im shocked Sheens has given Moors a chance in this weekends trial, but now that he has, i change my vote to him. He has too much talent to be ignored and id say this could be his last chance.
 
Dwyers my pick.also want to see mm pick it up this year aswell as seeing how much fifita can improve this year.also hopefully woods can get decent minutes due to form instead of injuries.
 
I think it could be Moors. He showed glimpses last season and I think has the room to improve, while most the other guys have played real well and we expect that from them. It will probably need injuries or rep games to other players to get his chance though. Galloway, Gibbs, Fifita and Payten have the 4 prop rotation to start. If Moors can grab the number 5 spot, he could add another dimension to the side.

Fifita is a chance as well if he smartens up. I dare say his age will be the reason for smarting up though so I'm not holding my breathe.
 
I think Dwyer with a full off season will be the man, looks like he could be anything, anyone compared to Brad Clyde, has to have alot of talent…
 
Moors hardly performed at NRL last year in any game, purely because Sheens see's him as a Prop. From what I have seen, Moors is an average Prop, but has the potential to be a devastating Backrower judging by a few of his performances in NSW Cup. I think the reason we never saw Junior in the last 13 weeks was his reluctance to play up the middle…

Hopefully Sheens gave him clear instructions on what he needs to do to get back into this team, and he sticks to his role...

He could be a potentially explosive prop as well, he doesn't use his size that well though. He's a dangerous fella to have running on the fringes though but I think that unless injuries strike and Junior lights up the comp, I don't think we will see much of him, which is a shame because he was in great form at Penriff before he snapped his ankle.
 
I'm thinking there's a genuine reason not to look to recruit the Likes of James Graham and any more forwards. We have truck loads of youngsters who have made their debuts and then the others still to come.

Most improved for me is - I hope…. Big Galloway.

Great guy, needs to get some agro. Kill people with that massive body.

It's just great to be talking about so many different forwards with big potential. Compared to years gone by, we are in great shape.
 
I worry about Andrew Fifita,

I don't know why but I feel like success could go to his head. He is young and on the verge of greatness (Hope I'm wrong)

This year will really set the tone for the rest of his career as I believe 2010 did for Parra's Tim Mannah who is now generally perceived as an Honest and hard running young Prop.

I really hope Fifita belts em.
