Bitcoin and Crypto

A great place to start buying crypto in Australia is Coinspot. It’s got a fiat on/off ramp and really easy to use. Fees are maybe a little higher than other places (usually 1% per buy) but worth it if you are just buying and holding. If anyone interested I could provide a referral code which I think gives you a little reward. And can help anyone set up. Just DM 🙂

You should look into crypto.com, I've been using Coinspot since 2014 until a few months ago when I sent 95% of my Crypto to crypto.com.

With the interest rates, card and cashback it just doesn't make sense to keep it in Coinspot anymore, I'm earning a pretty comfortable passive income with it.

Bitcoin has not been compromised, the people who got scammed sent Bitcoin of their own accord.

Can they trace it and give it back..?

Not sure, but if not this is one small downside of controlling your own finances.
If you're silly enough to send something you value to a stranger and expect them to send you double back for no reason, you can't go blaming the thing you sent.

It's still better than the federal reserve stealing your wealth every minute of every day since day 1.

This is actually a perfect example of why we need decentralised platforms, so there's no central point of attack.
If Twitter was built on top of a secure Crypto it wouldn't have been hacked.

It's also a perfect example of why we need to control our digital identities ourselves and not allow these centralised platforms to store and secure our information.

There's a number of Crypto projects that are doing this and a number of companies and countries implementing it, e.g South Korea and Icon

Bitcoin just broke above 10.5k (usd) broke above a 2 year resistance line and will put in a higher high, consolidation above 10.5k and putting in a higher low will confirm a trend change to the upside and be the beginning of the next Bullrun.
Don't miss it

It's probably time to start taking notice of Bitcoin and crypto again.

Hate to say I told you so

Also: lessons in how to have a conversation with yourself.

So back on the 28th of July I posted on here that Bitcoin just broke a major resistance level which confirmed a trend change to the upside.

Just wondering if anyone took my advice and bought in because the Bullmarket is well and truly underway now and you would have done extremely well.

This is only the beginning, expecting to reach all time highs over the next few months.
Don't say I didn't tell you so, don't FOMO in when it's too late.

I’ve done extremely well since June this year, bought Ethereum real cheap at around $180 now it’s hitting $440.
Not all keen on investing in BTC it is soo vulnerable.
Do you think it will hit ATHs and keep going? Or just push through the ATH and pull back?

Depends how quickly it does it, but there will always be pullbacks nothing goes up forever, Bitcoin usually pulls back to the 20 week AVG during a bullmarket, it's usually a pretty good place to fill your bags

Just amuses me that someone would waste their time posting on a Bitcoin thread if they're not interested in it.
What will be even funnier is when Bitcoin passes it's all time high and is going parabolic these same types of people will be trying to buy it.

Don't check the price in 2 yrs then.
Bought my first Bitcoin at $642, even then I hesitated thinking the price was too high, we'll be doing the same thing about today's price.
