he looked alot more promising in attack tonight.
i can see him being a danger down the edges.
still some work to do - but i was alot happier with his contribution.

I don't know, from tonight he still doesn't seem to make a big impact to the defensive line. Yes he definitely looks bigger, but did he really have much venom in his runs?

I think our expectaions are just lower after last year. Hope he fires this year as we need him to be our hitman/meter eater in the second row.

I must be looking through my anti- Blair glasses cause he didn't seem that great to me tonight. Still shimmied into the line at a jog, still spun his back running into the line with very few offloads. To me he seemed to be a decoy runner most of the time. With the way they are clamping down on the play the ball infringements this season I can see him costing us numerous penalties.

Plus side, his defense was ok.

once again zero work coming out of our end and turning his back on the defense.

never gets us on a roll and plays on the edge stop when he receives the ball.
what frustrates me the most is he never puts his hand up when the going gets tough.

This has been his way since day one. I campaigned against him even before he arrived and no one believed me till half way through the season. Nothing has changed.

He must be great on the training ground because Potter has given him wraps..but those dummy runs on the training ground are the same during the game ..waste of space.
